Liaoning Panjin Tiangong Precision Casting Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacturer integrating precision casting,heat treatment,machining,design and R&D.It is located in Panjin, a city of province Liaoning,with geographical advantage,well developed traffic and the biggest wetland in China,a beautiful nature reserve.The company founded in 2007, has a history of more than 10 years.The Foundry has 13,000 m2, 105 employees, and a monthly capacity of 150 tons of castings.Casting processes of Investment and Shell-Molding are mostly applied to our products in an extensive array of alloys including carton/stainless steel,heat/wear - resistant steel,dual phase steel,hastelloy,copper/aluminum and other specialized alloys.
Production facilities contain High-pressure wax injectors (Taiwan YI YING),large cantilevered waxing injectors,OBLF spectrometer and screw air compressor made in Germany,medium-frequency induction furnaces,electric chamber furnaces,petroleum-gas furnace,tunnel kiln,casting robots, various heat treatment furnaces,etc.Testing devices include hardness tester,impact tester with computer display,universal tester with computer display,hydraulic broaching machine,projector, automatic low-temperature chamber and so on.Processing equipmentd include machining center, CNC lathes, milling machine, drilling machine and so on.Our main products comprise pump - & valve-parts,railway parts,auto parts,mining machinery parts, shipbuilding hardware,petrochemicals,military parts,power accessories and others.We are proud of being a strategic supplier of our customers in Europe,USA, Japan and South Korea.
